    No “don’t follow him” or “he’s always right.” A person’s character doesn’t define the truth of their words. Focus on the message, not the messenger.

    Even a flawed person can speak truth. Even someone you admire can be wrong. If you judge the idea based on the person, you might ignore the wisest insight — or fall for the worst logic — just because of bias.
